What data we collect and why

Only what you give us in the forms. We use it to tell you about our open calls, if you sign up for updates; to send you the link to an event, if you register; or to manage your application to a project. If you are selected for an Erasmus+ project, we share the necessary data with the host organisation and with the European Commission's Erasmus+ management system.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Applications and event registrations, until the project and its Erasmus+ reporting are finished. Updates, until you ask us to unsubscribe you.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it by writing to asociacioncromatismos@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
